This process involved migrating the client from Keap to Go HighLevel, a transition requiring meticulous planning, data migration, and system optimization to ensure no disruptions to business operations.
Step 1: Initial Assessment and Planning
Before initiating the migration, we conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing Keap setup. This included analyzing - customer data, lead sources, automation workflows, email campaigns, and form integrations. Understanding the full scope of Keap’s functionalities allowed us to map out a structured migration plan to replicate or improve these features in GHL.
