Who We Are
Tecomato is an Adelaide-based CRM and automation consultancy. We design and build the systems that sit behind sales, marketing and operations CRM implementations, automated workflows, integrations and AI-assisted processes for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and manual handovers.
Founded by Roshni and Prashant, our team pairs process design with revenue operations experience, and works across HubSpot, Zoho, Keap, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce and Shopify.

Tecomato is a founder-led CRM and automation consultancy based in Adelaide, South Australia. We help growing businesses replace manual, disconnected processes with systems that run reliably in the background so leads are followed up, customers are looked after, and the team stops doing work the software should be doing.
Since starting, we have delivered more than 106 projects for small and mid-sized businesses across 11 countries. That work spans CRM implementation and migration, marketing and email automation, sales pipeline design, systems integration, and AI-assisted workflows across HubSpot, Zoho, Keap, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Copper, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify and custom APIs.
Who we are
Tecomato was founded by Roshni and Prashant. Roshni brings process and operations design; Prashant brings revenue operations and technical delivery. Between them they have spent years inside the messy middle of growing businesses the point where a CRM has been bought but never properly implemented, where three tools hold four versions of the same customer, and where nobody is quite sure which automation is still running.
How we work
We listen first. Before recommending any platform or tool, we map how your business currently runs and where the handovers break. We build around you practical, business-focused systems rather than the most complex thing the software can do. And we hand it over clean, with documentation and training, so your team owns the system rather than depending on us to operate it.
AI first — where it really matters
We use AI where it removes real work: qualifying and routing enquiries, drafting and personalising follow-up, summarising conversations into the CRM, and handling the repetitive steps between systems. We do not add AI for its own sake.
