US Veterans Resume : Go High Level and Keap

As the CRM implementer for Fast Federal Resumes, we successfully integrated the company's website with the Go HighLevel platform, ensuring a seamless flow of data and enhanced customer relationship management, opportunity creation and lead management. This involved the website connection where we connected the Fast Federal Resumes website to Go HighLevel, the setup of an effective email marketing system within Go HighLevel, allowing the company to automate email campaigns, nurture leads, and engage with clients through targeted messaging. A multi step form in GHL that is not a CRM feature.

Go High Level : Insurance Vertical Maikaito

The project was to create the entire workflow for a new Insurance firm with 6 callers and using Email, SMS, Voicemail, Chat and Social mix. The project needed 11 Automations, 3 pipelines (Form feed, Social and Referrals), 10 Landing pages, automated bot and an inbuilt website for the Insurance firm. We also used LeadNurture for the calling operations and Looker for special reporting outside of the CRM. The processes also needed the use of Make and external Glue code. The forms were responsive and multi-step - beyond the capability of Go High Level. The project was completed in under 30 days.

Google and High Level Domain Issues

We were hired to resolve a critical issue where the client’s emails from HighLevel CRM were consistently landing in spam folders, affecting communication and deliverability. To fix this, we conducted a complete overhaul of the domain’s DNS settings, resolving conflicts in GoDaddy, cleaning up outdated or conflicting entries, and re-verifying all essential GoHighLevel email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Additionally, our team implemented corrective measures to restore the domain’s reputation, ensuring compliance with best practices for email deliverability. As a result, the client’s emails now reach inboxes as intended, significantly improving their communication reliability.

Website Design & Development for Yoga Healer- Cathay Stillman

The project involved the development of a new, customized, and responsive WordPress website designed to align with the author's vision while ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Following WordPress design and implementation best practices, the website was carefully structured to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance.

Go High Level Expert for Real Estate SaaS Platform ( Fetch Agent- Real estate)

Fetch Agent™ aimed to automate its lead management and sales funnels for the real estate SaaS platform to achieve higher conversions and reach its revenue goals. Our team's primary responsibility was funnel creation—designing and optimizing high-converting sales funnels in Go High Level (GHL) to drive lead engagement. We also integrated email and SMS workflows, ensuring compliance with regulations. By collaborating closely with the development team, I aligned automation with platform goals, leading to increased lead conversion and positioning Fetch Agent™ for significant growth.

Keap - Dentma - Private Practice optimisation (Gullotto Orthodontics)

Our team played a key role in optimizing Dentima’s CRM system, specifically designed for an orthodontic practice using Keap. We streamlined their workflows and implemented full automation to enhance patient management and communication. By thoroughly understanding the practice's unique needs, we customized the CRM to manage each patient’s journey—from initial consultation to treatment completion. This included automating appointment reminders, follow-ups, and post-appointment care instructions. We integrated payment processing systems to automate invoicing, reminders, and payment plan tracking, reducing administrative burdens.

Soma Byron: Automating Operations & CRM Integration for Seamless Efficiency

Soma Byron is a luxury accommodation provider offering a boutique escape in Byron Bay, Australia. As their business grew, they needed a streamlined, automated backend system to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. That’s where we came in.

Recognizing the need for automation, we worked closely with Soma Byron to develop and implement advanced workflow automation solutions, optimizing their booking processes, customer communication, and backend management. This ensured seamless coordination between reservations, payment processing, and guest services, reducing manual effort while enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

A key part of this transformation was integrating and optimizing their Keap CRM. By implementing custom automation, lead tracking, and email marketing workflows, we enhanced their ability to manage customer relationships, streamline follow-ups, and drive engagement—ultimately improving guest retention and increasing direct bookings.

CRM Optimization, Digital Marketing & Webinar Management

We worked with Christina Force, a New Zealand-based photography business consultant, to enhance her digital presence and optimize her CRM system (Infusionsoft/Keap), ensuring seamless marketing funnels for her live events and online programs. Our contributions included setting up the EventGreen webinar, mapping out the campaign details, and implementing a structured opt-in sequence to maximize lead generation. Additionally, we provided ad-hoc support for Infusionsoft campaigns, handling payment processing, troubleshooting glitches, and cleaning up the CRM instance for improved efficiency. We also updated her website, managed Facebook and Instagram marketing, and provided technical support to photographers, ensuring a smooth user experience. Through CRM enhancements, automation, and proactive digital support, we helped Christina streamline her operations, scale her business, and deliver a seamless experience to her clients.

Refined Wellness - Process Automation & AI Integration

For Refined Wellness, our team implemented seamless automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences. Using Zapier, we automated appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Additionally, we integrated AI-powered tools to create personalized wellness plans tailored to individual client needs. Marketing workflows were also automated to nurture leads, converting them into loyal customers. These integrations allowed Refined Wellness to offer a more streamlined, personalized service, boosting customer engagement and satisfaction.

Transforming Digital Health with HubSpot for Aaron Sansoni

We migrated Aaron Sansoni’s CRM and automation systems to HubSpot, streamlining workflows and improving lead management. The integration included automated email sequences, lead nurturing workflows, and enhanced reporting. This transition has improved efficiency, allowing Aaron to engage more personally with clients and boost conversions.
