Fast Federal Resumes : Keap to GoHighLevel Migration for Veteran Services

As the CRM implementer for Fast Federal Resumes, we integrated the company’s website with the Go HighLevel platform to ensure a seamless flow of data and improved customer relationship management. This integration streamlined opportunity creation and lead management processes. We also set up an effective email marketing system to automate campaigns, nurture leads, and deliver targeted messaging. Additionally, we developed a multi-step form in GHL that extends beyond standard CRM features.

Maikaito Insurance : Go High Level

The project involved building a complete workflow system for a new insurance firm with six callers, using a mix of Email, SMS, Voicemail, Chat, and Social channels. We developed 11 automations, three pipelines (Form Feed, Social, and Referrals), and 10 landing pages, along with an automated bot and a built-in website for the firm. LeadNurture was implemented for calling operations, while Looker was used for advanced reporting outside the CRM, with additional support from Make and external glue code.

DIGITALIA 21 : Google and Go High Level DNS Optimization

We were hired to resolve a critical issue where the client’s emails from HighLevel CRM were consistently landing in spam, impacting communication and deliverability. We performed a complete overhaul of the domain’s DNS settings, resolved conflicts in GoDaddy, removed outdated records, and re-verified SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication protocols. Our team also implemented corrective measures to restore and strengthen the domain’s reputation in line with email deliverability best practices.
